The Kindred Tour 2023 is a virtual tour about race, grief, and queer liberation. Poets Ariana Brown and Alan Pelaez Lopez are offering their expertise in African Diaspora Studies, Mexican American Studies, creative writing, and cultural criticism through the following virtual events for colleges and universities. Each service incorporates a radical queer perspective on the histories of Black and Indigenous peoples in Latin America and the U.S., narratives of migration, building strength from our ancestors, and finding our chosen families.
